Can ProofMyAI change or delete my CRM data?
No. Connections are read-only and ProofMyAI never writes to your CRM. It stores only scrambled hashes of emails and phone numbers (to spot duplicates), filled/empty flags and timestamps, never names, emails or phone numbers.
How fast will I know when leads stop?
CRMs are checked every 15 minutes. The alert fires when the current gap is clearly longer than any normal gap for your CRM, so a quiet night doesn't cause a false alarm.
